Dr. Katawoura Beltako

Founder & Director · Principal Investigator

Dr. Katawoura Beltako is the founder and director of Quantum ARISE. He leads the organisation across its research, compute and capacity-building agenda — with a working span that stretches from quantum-transport theory to grant strategy, from HPC operations to partner management. His work bridges foundational research (quantum simulation, AI for materials, nanodevices) and operational delivery — running an AAS · AU · EU funded programme, scaling the Olga cluster, and shaping AI & automation engagements for industry, government and community partners across Africa and the EU.
